After an extended leave, prepare your home for your arrival:
- set out patio furniture
- power up/set up appliances (A/C, ice maker, clocks, water heater, etc)
- remove shutters/open blinds/air out home
- turn on water system
- uncover and sweep pool
Season Closing Package
Peace of mind when you leave for an extended period:
- clean out perishables from refrigerators
- turn off water system/plug drains
- unplug/shut down appliances (TV, stereo, Washer, Dryer, Computers, etc)
- check/lock all doors, windows and blinds
- remove trash and recycling
- install/close shutters

When you decide to take a short visit to your home in paradise, we make it easy for you. Send us your shopping list and your flight information if you are flying in, we’ll take care of the rest.
