- we check your property every other week
- we tailor our programs to your property’s needs
- we check all the windows, doors, ceilings and floors
- we check your security systems, electrical systems and plumbing
- we check on the air conditioning and record the temperature and humidity on each and every visit
- we will also start your car(s) and golf cart to keep the batteries charged
- we keep an inspection log and if there is ever an issue, we will report it to you by phone, fax or email and work with you to resolve it if we can’t fix it on the spot
- We’ll even make sure your lawn, pool, and pest control services are being completed in a timely fashion.
